In this season of thanks-giving, this video reminds me of how precious life is and how thankful I am for all my beloved four-footeds and two-footeds.

Lovely…I can’t imagine having that many, but I’ve very thankful for my two.

  4. Hi Karen,

My name is Andrew Einspruch, and I was the producer of “Seven Days with Seven Dogs”. Thank-you so much for posting the short version to your blog, and for your kind words (and those of your commenters).

I’ll mention that there’s actually a full 53-minute documentary available, which goes into the journey in much more uplifting detail and with a lot of humour. You might enjoy having a look at the first six minutes online. That’s here: http://www.laughingowl.com.au/7days7dogs/6mins.htm

If you have any questions, it would be my honour to answer them.

    All the best for Thanksgiving.

    Warm blessings,
    Andrew

  5. That is one of the most heart-warming shorts I’ve ever seen. I’m not sure I could watch 53 minutes of it — does anyone have that many tears in them? Those folks are absolutely wonderful for doing so much for those dogs.
